This two-day safari takes you through two of Northern Tanzania’s most iconic parks—Tarangire and Lake Manyara. Day by Day

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast elephant herds, towering baobab trees, and sweeping savannahs. Enjoy a full-day game drive through diverse habitats where you can spot lions, leopards, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, and over 500 bird species. Tarangire is also home to seasonal swamps and the Tarangire River, which attract wildlife throughout the year, making it a prime game-viewing destination.
In the late afternoon, continue to your lodge or camp near Lake Manyara for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha

Start the day with a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, a compact but incredibly scenic park set against the backdrop of the Rift Valley escarpment. The park is renowned for its lush groundwater forest, flocks of flamingos along the lake shore, large troops of baboons, and the rare tree-climbing lions. After a rewarding morning of game viewing, enjoy lunch before driving back to Arusha in the afternoon, arriving with unforgettable safari memories.
